Return Policy

 

We recognize that occasionally, the product you have purchased may not really be the product you intended. When this happens, please feel free to return the product. However, the return must be subject to the following requirements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN OF A PRODUCT

  • It must be within Four days from the delivery date.
  • The item is in new condition.
  • Clothing items must be unworn.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all accessories, including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc. The package must not be torn
  • Clothing items must have their original tags.
  • Branded products must be unopened with seals intact.
  • If there is a free promotional item tagged to the product, the promotional item must be returned along with the product.
  • The product being returned must be sent along with a completed RETURN FORM.
  • We will endeavor to send RETURN FORMS with our products, but you can download one from our Site.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  • Contact our Customer Service personnel, who would make necessary arrangements regarding the product to be returned.

  • We expect you to provide the following details:
    • your order number;
    • the item(s) you would like to return;
    • the reason (see below)
    • your preference with regards to replacement;
    • your preference – voucher refund or bank refund.
  • If you prefer a bank refund, we would expect you to state your full bank details.
  • If your return is valid, the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
  • As soon as the product or item arrives in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of it to determine validity among other things.
  • If a return is invalid, you will be notified and the item will be sent back to you.
  • If the return is valid, we will make the refund or replace the item within the timeline stated below.
  • Replacements will only be made if and when the item is available.
  • If you desire that the item be replaced even when it is not available in our warehouse, you will accept in writing that we would not be bound by the timeline stated below.
  • We will only accept returns for items within 3 days of delivery of the item to you.
  • We will not accept returns for the following product types:
    • Consumables
    • All clothing products not checked in the presence of the delivery agent and immediately returned if need be, will not be accepted as return afterwards. For health reasons, this is to ensure that no customer is offered cloths that has been worn by another
    • Underwear
    • Swimwear
    • Skincare products & Cosmetics
    • Perfumes
    • Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs

 

TIMELINES FOR REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Lagos: 2 days
